Our comparison service is free for you to use and we only receive a fee and/or commission from third-party providers when you use our service to purchase a product.

Any billing, invoicing, payment errors including and not limited to discrepancies must be taken up with the relevant third-party provider.

As part of our energy journey, we may ask for details of your annual energy usage. You can find this information on your most recent energy bill. If you don’t have this information to hand, we can estimate your energy usage for you by asking some basic questions about your household. We aim to give you an estimate that is as accurate as possible, using the actual figures from your energy bill is recommended to give the most accurate results. The quotes provided to you are estimated figures only and by no means imply they are completely accurate as your actual energy consumption and usage will determine your final bill. We provide an option for you to send us a copy of your bill so that we have a more accurate picture of your usage and we can advise which would be the best deal(s) for you.
